Just lighten up - it's not all bad. When I'm down I try to block out negative experiences and think about nice things from the past. That usually helps - and if not, a couple shots of Ouzo does it. Try it! :wink:

Balance is the key girl. I made a few loaf's of homemade bread last weekend and wow they were the key to great lunch sandwich's. I'm alway's willing to evaluate one's physical progress during a 'program' so if you need my assistance or opininion let me know but I will need pic's :lol::oops::twisted:.
