I'm going to post the results after the decision about Vettel's pass on Jenson near the end of the race...I'm hoping for a 30 second penalty as this isn't the first time, or even second time he has completed an overtake going off the track!

No, because Vettel blatantly cheated; he knew he was off track and Button had not pushed him off; Vettel was almost a car width outside the confines of the track. Vettel admitted that he knew he was outside the confines of the track, yet still floored it to make the pass, if Vettel was pushed off the track then I would say swap the positions, Vettel should not be allowed to get away penalty free; if it happened earlier in the race, he'd have been given a drive-through which would have lost him 20+ seconds.

I'll admit I've not yet seen this incident but the sensibe and consistent thing to do is hand the position back to Button. A time penalty of 20 or 30 seconds is OTT.
