I think Maldonaldo is being a bit hard done by here. His coming together with Perez, if it was anyone other than Maldonaldo would of been classed as a racing incident.

"I don't want to be passed on the outside, right need to get the power down to get away down the straight, Oh nope the back end has kicked out. Oops I have hit the other car"

However because it was Maldonaldo right that is him ban him for life!

As for the Lewis crash last time out, IMHO I would say that was 50/50, Lewis should of given him more room and would of got a better drive out of the line.

That's what a colourful past, formed in less than 2 seasons, will do for you. :grandad:

So why should he get a harsh ban for something that was an accident. If he had chopped in front of Perez again (al a Monaco) then fine throw the book at him

Hamilton forced him off the track and he had nowhere to go for the next corner.

That should make this thread controversial

You're kidding me....It was Maldonado's own fault that he came at Hamilton when he knew there was no room...If Maldonado backed off or even took a shortcut, contact would have been avoided, but no, the prick rushes in because he wants to secure a podium

I think Fluffy was half-joking, looking at what he said in the small letters underneath. But yeah, it's widely viewed as Maldonado's fault.

I just wish Lewis had seen it coming, especially with what has happened before.

I find it ironic that I just watched a video with Maldonado and Hamilton at Valencia 2012, the crash, and the music in the background was that from The Mario Series 8-)

Ah whey, joke or not, I could see a lot of people jokingly saying 'Hamilton's fault' as they do :hehe:

He shouldn't get a ban for one incident. He should get a ban for a pattern of incidents in addition to clearly intentional car-ramming.

It really is simple; an accident (e.g. nor deliberate) should go unpunished, if there is a certain percentage of blame on both sides, it's a racing incident, no punishment due; although it's impossible to have a racing incident in today's F1 which is a real shame. If it's a deliberate action, chopping Hamilton in Spa '11 and Perez in Monaco '12, I believe a one race ban should be enforced!

If any of us were driving on a highway/motorway and took a deliberate swipe at another car; we'd face a driving ban, fine and probably some jail time.

I'm a little concerned that that is Sam Michales in the Ferrari Simulator :whip:

Everything that can be said about the matter has been said. People are just repeating it all in different ways. It's just becoming a trolling excercise.
