Anyone know why GRO is in 9th ahead of Paul when he didnt set a Q3 time?

Surely he should start 10th

di Resta starts 10th because he didn't make it into the Q3 while Grosjean did!

Not a good start; Petrov out of the race before it started; his Caterham stopped out on track during an installation lap!

What does the start grid look like? Someone had a penalty from Valencia that carried over? Race for us is once again on Fox so I have to wait till noon eastern. Gives me time to clean up a bit outside after a freaky storm... Grape sized hale pretty rare here. Maybe even catch some of the tour...

Can you tell I'm rationalizing?

If the race stays dry, I'm predicting Schumacher's first return victory.
