True but not whilst watching F1 (I think it's only Mr9 that does that with all his skeet skeet skeeting) unless the grid girls get a lot more air-time. :hehe:

I really do that..remember the red flag in korea 2010 and canada 2011??? What else am I supposed to do???:rofl::rofl:

Guys why not go the whole hog, masturbate in the grandstands whilst watching live race  Bit like joining the mile high club without availing yourself of the cabin facilities.

probably NSFW

Jenson's interview after p2

"the funny thing is theres no grip out there"

:hehe::D:hehe::D

 Stick a mic under his nose and you know exactly what he's gonna say. Maybe it's time to start mixing up his choice of words...instead of grip, start mixing in traction, adhesion and other similar descriptives...just so he doesn't sound so robotic.

I'n just saying...

To quote Gary Anderson; "All we learned today is that you get wet if you stand in the middle of the pit-lane"... Don't go getting too excited RC; free practice means nothing, it means even less than nothing when it rains as teams sit 60% of the sessions out. I heard some interesting commentary on the BBC about how the McLaren is being developed more towards Lewis' driving style which would explain why Jenson is struggling, the two drivers like a very different set-up; Lewis likes the rear to slide around a little, Jenson needs a planted rear end to prosper!

Although I am starting to get a little tired of hearing Jenson complain of no grip; man up and get on with it, Jenson!

Agree with the practice part...nth to shout about.

As for the BBC's analysis, yes...the excuses need to start coming out sooner rather than later for Jensons performances this season.

I'm not going to make excuses for Jenson; he has been poor for the past dozen races; and need to step up to the plate instead of blaming no grip every single race!

I support Jenson but I am not a blinkered supporter; if his drives are poo; I call it a poo drive; but I still believe he is a better driver than his performances indicate!

Although I am starting to get a little tired of hearing Jenson complain of no grip; man up and get on with it, Jenson!

Can you imagine him in ice racing? :hehe:

In a word; NO! God forbid that he takes up rallying... the spectators better watch out... ah scratch that; he'll be going too slow to cause any damage!

This is what many of us have been complaining about, McLaren have been compromising their better driver to accomodate a 'special needs' driver. Development and setup was influenced by Jensons 'needs' and Lewis appeared to be an afterthought. Now the team have realised that to develop towards Jenson is an open ended iterative process that ends up looking like Honda/Bar/Earth Car.

How can one produce a perfect car for Miss Daisy when the goalposts keep changing wrt regulations, tyres, weather, different tracks etc, no matter what you give him there will always be 'no grip' when he is required to drive the pants of the car and qualify high and compete with drivers in closely matched cars. Maybe McLaren expect the top runners to make mistakes and crash out each race allowing Jenson to finish at the front

Maybe someone at McLaren realises that in a development race, you cannot be at the cutting edge if each update has to be perfect and can only be deployed if it doesnt affect the perfect balance of princess 'pea in the bed'

Let's spice things up; Button to Williams and Maldonado to McLaren alongside Hamilton; we'll see some fireworks then...

The biggest problem I see with Jenson is that he plays it safe all the time; won't take the risk of crashing out chasing positions, crashing out from 14th is no loss; so why not attack and see what happens? I thought he had overcome that in the second half of last season with some great aggressive passes after the Canadian Grand Prix; but he seems to has reverted to Mr. Play It Safe this season and often finishes out of the points because of it. I'm not a fickle supporter who switches allegiance to whoever is doing well; I have supported Button since he joined Williams in 2000 and will continue supporting him until he hangs up his helmet! And to be honest, if I were Jenson, I'd consider hanging up my helmet if the season continued like this!

JB thinks that the race won't happen if these conditions persist: http://www1.skysports.com/formula-1/new ... ons-scary-

If the race doesn't happen; it'll prove what a weak imitation of it's former self Formula One has become; I've seen races in much worse conditions than this; hundreds of thousands of fans have shelled out large amounts of money to see a race at Silverstone; give them what they paid for; as for the drivers; get out there and f*cking earn the millions you get paid!
