I'm still wondering why is Sam Michael in the McLaren team. This guy was picked by Whitmarsh I assume?

Whitmarsh seems to have a thing for 'soft spoken guys who can't cut it' at the sharp end.

Personally, I prefer a cut throat who gets the job done like Briatore heading McLaren instead of 'lets all hold hands and sing' Whitmarsh.

I laugh how after a bad result it's back to picking on the team personell again. yet where was this after Canada for example.

I know it's difficult for you to catch each and every one of my posts, but I did comment on their pit stops after Canada...they were slower than Ferraris again.

They could win the next 3 races, I still wonder why Sam Michael was chosen to be an integral part of McLaren after failing miserably with Williams.

Jenson has a bit of a whinge about the strategy for Valencia

I don't see the correlation for Michael in what way is he failing at McLaren? His position is hardly relevant to anything going wrong with strategy or updates. His time at WIlliams is hardly his fault either, the whole team went through the doldrums after BMW left, to use him as the reason for their woes is a bit of a reach.
