Just found the following odds for winning a GP in 2012:

Grosjean 10/1
Raikkonen 12/1
Schumacher 20/1
Perez 25/1
Massa 40/1

With 12 races still to go, wondered whether any of these are worth a bet?
Massa almost certainly not - even at 100/1.

Is 12/1 a good price for Kimi? I would have thought maybe 20/1.
And what about Grosjean is 10/1 a good bet?

The same company is offering some interesting odds on obtaining a podium in the rest of 2012:

Kobayashi 16/1
Massa - 16/1
di Resta - 20/1
Hulkenberg 25/1
Senna 33/1

Can any of these guys get a podium in the next 12 races?

Interesting that webber isn't a contender.

Because he's already won a race (Monaco) this year :hehe:

Where did you find these? I think both Lotus guys and Schumacher are worth a punt, i might stick 3 or 4 quid on each. As for the podium guys, maybe Kobayashi might have a chance should everything go his way, but i don't think that's worth it. Senna might be worth sticking a quid on just for a complete punt cause there can easily be another crazy race and he is handy in the wet, and that Williams does have genuine pace (generally moreso than Sauber or Force India, imo).

With F2012 improving so much, perhaps Felipe might just be worth at least a small bet at good odds :)

I found these prices on a site recommended by a pal - he had a good win with them - 33/1 I think for Alonso's win in Valencia -

Here's the website;

I've had a few (losing) bets with them, so am desperate to get this next one right.

Does anyone think the Force India's could get a podium before the end of the year?
di Resta at 20/1 and Hulk at 25/1 look quite tasty - especially with low downforce circuits such
as Spa still to come.

Also noticed they have Kimi at a massive 33/1 for pole at Silverstone!! Surely worth a few quid?

I don't count monaco as a race, just a parade for the sponsors.

Coming after a shocking close season for the Scuderia, it still amazes me that, if Massa was on the same scintillating form as Alonso, then the chaps from Maranello would be leading the WCC!

The team have already won more races than they did last year...

i have backed Grosjean and Maldanado for last two races podium finishes £5 each time = £20 outlay. Grosjean came through in canada and got £20 back. They were both close in valencia which would have been a nice result. i May do the same for Silverstone. Cant argue that either car are short of pace. :)
