The tyres didn't last and Hamilton was on the BBC just saying that he doubted he could have won anyway.

Don't tell me you fell for that poor piece of rehearsed wooden script reading?

Well considering I just watched the race and it was pretty obvious his tyres wouldn't have lasted the PR bs is redundant.

Surely you must know lewis lost 10 seconds + 3 positions in that pit stop

If hed come out ahead of alonso like he should have, he wouldve won the race because of Vet and Gro's problems

saying otherwise is stupid, he had to take life out the tires taking the places back and trying to catch alonso

Maldonado is to blame for ultimately taking Hamilton out, and I do believe needs a penalty - but I think they will award it as a racing incident.

HOWEVER, McLaren need to take the blame for this. Without another sub-standard pit stop, Hamilton would of been ahead of Alonso, who Hamilton was match lap times with, and would of finished the race. And I know it was equipment failure which led to the poor stop - but this new jack has failed them before in practice (according to Ted SKY F1) , and yet they continue use it!!

Props to Paul Di Resta and Force India. Great result.

Maldo could of got out of the car and shot Lewis and the clown would still blame Lewis, not even worth taken clowns seriously.

Funny to watch at the circus but not have a serious conversation with.

Fancy telling me where I've blamed Hamilton in the Maldonado crash in the forum? Try reading things first.

Lol why do you bother?

Anyway, I really wonder what's happened to McLaren. This is not the same ship as when Dennis was at the helm.

I hope they can at least keep up in the developments front, and MAKE UP for this sh*t performance in Silverstone.

So... Am I the only one feeling like Senna was at fault, squeezing Kobayashi into the wall?

Kamui obviously didn't back away, but at what point do you think it's acceptable to take such a defensive move? He literally took him out of the race... :( He was on the racing line after all...

You know what, Hamilton would have lapped everyone 20 times and won the race 3 hours before everyone else. Let's ignore the fact that he was never ahead of Vettel so even without a balls up in the pits he'd have still had to chase someone and use his tyres quicker. But yeah, he'd have won by about 17 hours!

Well you did in the chatroom, and then signed off when I disagreed with you, telling me to "remove my McLaren sunglasses". Surely you can debate with ME for goodness sake. :(:(:(

Hey Injen, here you go:

Seems that it'll come down to a question of how much room was left for the driver returning to the track.

:hehe: As usual, he tries to act smart with these heavy hints and later bothers to defend himself. What a joke.

No the stewards agree with you :)

I need to see it again

When something makes of Valencia a great race.... Its time to tip hats hehe

Finally a Double winner !!!!!! definitely up to something. Great patient and mental drive.

Too bad for the DNF'ers.... But who cares. Fix those cars, and stay clear of maldonado next time hehehehe

But again, this collision reminded me of Hamilton and Button, Canada 2011....and of course we all know Hamilton was to be blamed there.

Well - that GP2 sprint race has just single handedly dispelled the myth that there can't be good racing at Valencia. Those last half a dozen laps were just amazing to watch - edge of the seat doesn't do it justice - I was almost falling off my seat!! :)

If in the F1 race we have different tyre strategies from team to team, I am looking forward to seeing what materialises!

Please, any of you that have sky and missed it, record the sprint race when it's replayed later and watch it!

Not for the first time this season - I hate to say I told you all so.... :D

Brilliant race from start to finish.... as I predicted....

So happy for Schumi, he did really well to slice his way through the field in the last 10 laps, whilst also keeping Webber at bay. With Alonso now having a 20 point lead, but only the third / fourth best car on the grid, this really spices the championship up - can he keep the lead? Who will close the gap?

Oh, and sorry Hammer, but you keep repeating about Maldonado 'killing' someone - I can only assume you're talking about Monaco 2005? Or is there another incident I haven't heard of? (Could be!), if it is, the Marshal wasn't killed but was seriously injured, so you can't keep repeating that. Though of course the incident today was 100% his fault and I think it'll be a miracle if he keeps that point and / or isn't given a grid penalty for next race.

I dont get your posts, seems your trying to tag me with the fanboy brush again, by exagirating what im saying

Vettel deserved the win today, grosjan deserverd second, BUT if mclaren hadnt messed up lewis's pit, he would have won (with them two having those problems)

thats all im saying

This has to be the laugh of the day.

Pastor pot faced Maldo's latest line.

"He tried to put me off of the track and he didn't give me any room," the Venezuelan is quoted as saying on BBC Sport."I jumped over the kerb and couldn't avoid the accident. I don't know why he was driving like that. He tried a very aggressive movement on me.":rofl::rofl::rofl:
