I returned to my flat for lunch hour, making myself a nice, peppered, roast beef sandwich; I also had an apple, a slice of cake and a coffee. :)

Low fat baby that's what it's all about. The IDGAF demon's over powered me today so digression is apart of making progress sometime's. Since you seem to have a fairly firm grasp on nutrition and it's interaction with the mind and body, how many if any day's per week do you allow yourself a break by eating what you want and as much as you want ? I think you know about the importance of having 1-2 IDGAF8) .

I'll responsed depending upun your answer

I cook meat on those grilling machines. It's amazing the amount of fat that trickles out. In fact, it's actually pretty scary that people are taking that into their bodies!

Very true bro and when I get serious I'm very strict and actually my solid food intake is very low. When I do get into the 'health' thing 3-4 meal's a day come from MetRx and the rest from the normal high protein/low carb food's.

Anyway I'm feeling the need to start taking care of myself again, I've been very negative for way to long, and you among my other friend's here have had to put up my BS, I'm sorry for that.

To health and friend's :D ,

For as long as you remain a Ferrari supporter, you'll always talk BS! :P

No, seriously, I know what you mean. In the last few months, I've started to look after myself a lot more. I don't do a lot of exercise in the way of sports etc., but I do a lot of walking (no car and I don't need one where I live); and I've started eating a lot more fruit and veg. By doing just that, I feel better, can concentrate better and sleep better. I'm not a health freak, but by just doing small things like that, you can make a big difference.

IDGAF is short for 'I dont give a F4ck'!

I tend to be OCD about thing's I'm truelly passionate about, one of the reason's I tend to go bonker's LOL. Recently I've been diagnosed with a kinda severe form of depression, I honestly think it's from just not getting enough well let's just say attention in all aspect's of life.

Survey say's "I'm a frickin mess" and in the need of rescue! Fire away :?
