......find something that's a bit like a pole, like a bus stop, or a road sign, or a fire escape, anything like that and see if you can do that move at 4.05. It doesnt matter too much what you wear for that move, best with nothing on your arms though. For most moves its as little clothing as possible because you need skin in contact with the pole.

As an olympic sport I doubt there'd be as much interest in the mens category as there would be in the womens.

You been in any competitions?

Ive done a 24hr pole dance for charity..think I posted pics a while back but not a competition. I dont do it at the moment.
