A little challenge guys. If you can find yourselfs a pole try the move that is at about 4.05 of the tape? Thats for starters

The real challenge for the guys would be to explain what they're doing if anyone catches them.

A task made more difficult if wearing a thong.

Hey RC, you have a pole don't you?

Yes. But its a bit old now. If you guys are too scared to do it on a pole find something that's a bit like a pole, like a bus stop, or a road sign, or a fire escape, anything like that and see if you can do that move at 4.05. It doesnt matter too much what you wear for that move, best with nothing on your arms though. For most moves its as little clothing as possible because you need skin in contact with the pole.

Stonemonkey heads off to the bus stop with only a thong under his long coat.

You could invite all the guys round for a shot on yours.
