I just got an email of apology from the website's owners. They regret all delays.

Woo Hoo! my changes made before Canada worked out great; up five places in the league to 11th; also swapped Paul di Resta for Jenson Button, so I now have Lewis and Jenson, Kobayashi and Grosjean, also ditched the Force India chassis for Sauber!

That would have made more sense, letting people know that they are having issues instead of having everyone think they are being lazy in updating!

Given the content of the email, it looks like they had database issues and maybe they couldn't even sent out a message to their users. A simple statement on the front page would have worked as well though.

I dumped kimi for vettel. Red Bull is back in the contention and vettel is going to be scoring some real podiums for easy points.

If money picks up again I'll dump shumi for grosean/kimi.

I made changes last week using my 2 transfers, those changes have been reset but now I only have 1 transfer available.

I'm guessing they must have had a database corruption and had to restore a backup which was probably before your changes or worse, half way through your changes!

I don't have enough cash to make the changes I made before either, I'm not sure if it's my cash that's screwed up or if it's because of driver value changes but it looks like others are having cash problems too.

Through the chaos it seems they gave me an extra transfer, so used that to swap Button for Schumacher, but bring in McLaren chassis for Lotus.

Yay I am 10th place now. Had 477 points gained this race thanks to my mercedes gp engines and only 1 driver outside the top 10 in the race I totally forgot to place some bets so I missed what might have been several more hundred thousand! grrrrr

This is actually really exciting as far as choosing a chassis goes, because out of the big dogs, most have only one driver getting great points. Red bull is too expensive for me and both drivers are generally scoring a lot of points so they're excluded from this philosophy. Mclaren only has hamilton bringing in good points at the moment. Ferrari only has alonso bringing in points and lotus either has raikkonen or grosjean getting a lot of points, but generally not both getting a lot at the same time, although they are still bringing a reasonable amount overall. Mercedes gp has only had rosberg getting points until valencia today and sauber is getting a lot from perez but not much from kobayashi. Other than red bull, it's difficult to pick a chassis that will have both drivers bringing a lot of points, so picking a chassis really is almost like picking another driver for the team because overall you can count on only one driver bringing the points in each of the higher teams.

I have webber, rosberg, perez, and maldonado. mclaren chassis, mercedes gp engine.

Horrible weekend for me. I should have had a 1-2 with Vettel and Hamilton. Then Kimi made sure I ate crow after dropping him for webber last week.


BUT at least Schumi came through for me. Bout damn time.

At least you got a hefty haul from webber and schumi (for once)

Oh, and with webber you know you're gonna rack up a bunch of 4th places all season long slowly but surely, as they say!!
