I wonder what the driver to co-driver fatality rate is? When I think back I can not think of many drivers who have died behind the wheel. where as co drivers there has been a few, people like beef parks (iirc) and this lad.

This stuff makes me feel very bad for the drivers in situations like these. They must deal with a lot of guilt in these scenarios. Same for a co driver if their driver were killed. They'd probably feel guilt for getting a pace note wrong or something like that. Very sad for the victim of the crash and also for those surviving
