This young lady is very special to me and did her first pole dancing competition a few weeks ago. I think she looks amazing!! She's been pole dancing a few years now but because this is her first competition she is in the ameteur/novice category and cant do any upside down moves(though she is good at these moves.
Ive done a bit of pole dancing and you have to be very strong in your body, its really hard. It's as much gymnastics as dancing. Anyway have a watch and let me know what you think. She choreographed it all herself as well.

Talented! I like...she's got some moves, though a zoom in would've helped me be a better 'judge'.

I'd be 'judging' quite a few this July though, going for a 6 night trip to Bangkok with a couple of mates.

Hey RC, you have a pole don't you?

Yes. But its a bit old now. If you guys are too scared to do it on a pole find something that's a bit like a pole, like a bus stop, or a road sign, or a fire escape, anything like that and see if you can do that move at 4.05. It doesnt matter too much what you wear for that move, best with nothing on your arms though. For most moves its as little clothing as possible because you need skin in contact with the pole.
