Jenson needs to step up,it's as simple as that.

I agree with that statement; he really does need to get his act together and fast; I'm not a blinkered Button fan, I realise that he is underperformed in a race winning car; but I also still believe that Jenson still has the ability to win races, albeit the championship is probably gone for this season; unless all of the top four drivers ahead of him DNF or fail to score in at least one race!

Remember Alonso offering 'his side' of the garage money as an incentive to beat Lewis' side?

I'm fairly sure there is a central design philosophy however it's quite separate within each team on race weekends.

I think they did have that with Alonso but they didn't with Coulthard and Kovalainen, I may be wrong though

But Kovalinen came after Alonso I thought they made the change to help Button settle in. Again not sure though. I really didnt think they had it for Alonso. I'll see if I can find out.

Yeah it came when Jenson arrived to dispell his fears of the team favouring Hamilton, their efforts in doing so probably excelled the Hamiltons fans in thinking the team were favouring Jenson.

Surprise surprise. JB the golden boy of British racing has a run of poor results and people cannot provide the excuses fast enough. JB is a good driver like most of the drivers in the paddock,but nowhere near being a great.LH was lambasted from pillar to post for the poor results last season,some serious pressure was piled on and it just shows the mans character, however LH never finished out of the top 10 in 2011 (though he did have 2 retirements). Yet Button has finished outside the top 10 in 4 of the 7 races so far this season, but gets support from within the media yet LH got hung out to dry. More blatant bias from our media and the likes!

This is why i love how Jenson Button is driving,it really is getting under many many peoples skin.My only problem is Mclaren will not win the WCC because slow mo has no grip.

What the Jenson groupies fail to see is that it's not just Lewis who is handing Jenson his bottom,it's every driver in the top ten at the moment lmfao.He can use Lewis's set up at Valencia but that is just a road to doom,only the driver can truly make the difference,Button is not that driver.

Believe me,the Jenson groupies like SKY F1 team and Jake the snake humphreys and his merry followers at the BBC F1 team will turn on button sooner or later.


They tried to tame the lion last year but this year he has come back a king among his other kingly brothers..ie Alonso..Vettel.
