I daren't wear mine on race day...tempting fate. Except Silverstone, I wear it there

I have a weekend McLaren-kit routine! For qualifying, I wear my plain black McLaren t-shirt and an orange cap. On Sunday, I wear the victory t-shirt and a black cap.

I have a charcoal grey T with Lewis written acros the front in orangey red, but when I wore it last year lewis did bad. So that T can only be worn when there's not a race on. the orange one is tempting fate. The white Lewis one is a bit tempting fate but not so bad. The silver Mclaren vest top is ok. The black T with lewis' face subtly sort of woven on the back(D'you kow that one? its cool)well thats mostly ok. All hoodies/coats and sweat shits are ok.Oh and the 2008 winner Lewis cap thats now all faded, thats allways worn when I go to watch a race elsewhere..pub or sports bar.

My orange cap is a "Lewis" cap, which is my name too, so it's aaaalllllll gooooood

Yeah god forbid maybe he wanted to come down and watch a race. He is kind of a busy man now.

I don't know why I bother, you have lost your mind. Lewis could sweep the next six races vettel/shumi style, then turn around and barley break 3rd or 4th for the next 5 founds and you would still find some way to blame mclaren. Must be a European thing when it comes to sports, admit nothing, deny everything, make counter accusations.

Lewis is unable to be wrong or accountable right? So you are basically saying Lewis can only win if mclaren spoon feed him.

It is good to see old RD back in the pits again this year. I find if funny how he never seems to wear team gear any more!

Have you allso noticed that whenever RD is in the pits JB's car is a long way of the pace! Maybe he does not like JB because he is Martins signing and not his protogee

But even if this were true why didn't Rons presence at other races this year result in similar results? Maybe because there is no real correlation!

My response was just a direct opposite to what Jab said, and was in fun(sarcastic). Im sure Ron is not there to interfere in the running of the team.

Hehe, still, it sent a bit of a shiver down my spine seeing Ron Dennis back in the pits. As a Schumi fanboy he was the enemy, it was almost nice to see him back thou, I kind of missed that way he used to stick his nose in the air and talk through a bad result with the press.
