Does she have an inboard or outboard ?

An outboard... Well it is that outboard it is in my boot at the moment. The wooden transdom (spl) is non existent so that is my next job on the list. The engine is a mercury 25 blue band.

yep your going to need a transom on there

what make is the hull ?

Don't know, got no paperwork for her. lll find a pic and you can have tour guess lol.

Does the wood of the transom have to go to the floor or just cover the gap?

the black box is a thicker piece of wood inside the boat that the engine is clamped to

Cool that is what I thought. Was just not checking it came to down to the floor/bilge to give it more support.
