No doubt Whitmarsh will be behind it (the thread and this conspracy). :hehe:

I think he's referring to the tight confines of the Monaco track. When he says the roads are too busy, I'm taking him to mean that at getting a clear run for a few laps is nigh impossible so they opportunity to carry out any meaningful testing during the practice sessions is greatly limited.
