Unless something broke, it's operator error. If there's a problem, he would have the same issue leaving every pitstop.

Plus he likes to act like the team's mother. You mentioned how he asked them to check the tire pressure, and a couple of races previous he said "what was that, guys?" after he ran over something leaving his pitstop. His job is to drive but he has appointed himself team philosopher as well.

Vettel also asked his team to check his tire pressures after the first corner

I suppose you think he's just a brilliant world champion always thinking ahead :banghead:

Monaco ’train’ no 2012 thriller - report
9 passes in 78 laps?! :yikes:

Not surprising, even with KERS, DRS and fast degrading tyres, Monaco is still a very hard to pass on circuit!

If it was any other track with such a low pass count folk would be up in arms but Monaco seems to be sacred for some reason.

The tyres make this as daft as the World Wrestling Championships.

Along with KERS and DRS it is getting a bit silly but it is part of the evolution of F1.

I'm no fan of Monaco, but it's here to stay, there's more chance of Bernie dying than Monaco being removed from the calendar!!!

You think I hate Hamilton? I neither hate nor drool for any driver or team. I criticize them fairly for their mistakes and compliment them for their skills and acheivements. Wanna know who I hate? People who are so in love with driver X that they can never acknowledge any mistake or shortcoming of that driver, and will predictably side with that driver in the case of some coming together with another driver on the track, and who also predictably label anyone who dares question that driver's nomination for sainthood a hater.

I don't see what Vettel's post race speeches have to do with Hamilton lecturing the crew while racing.

I would say he was probably concerned he had run an engineer over.....

No problem with such few passes. There's plenty at other races. So i dont think people can say "Ohhh there's no overtaking in F1". They can say there's no overtaking at Monaco, with a little shower it would have been a super wild race/ending........

I'm sold with any footage from the Pool section, everything after the tunnel is just maaaaad. These racer guys are crazy.
