Very shoddy reporting from Pitpass, and an inaccurate title to this thread. Going into administration is not the same thing as going bust. Liquidation is the same thing as going bust. Companies entering administration could in some (worst case) cases be liquidated within a week, some might remain operating in administration for a year or two before being liquidated, and some enter administration before either the adminstrators can stabalise the finances (streamlining, some redundancies etc.) and exit administration or can attract new buyers for or investors to the company then exiting administration.

There hasn't been any report as to what the situation is in this case, it could be worst case and be gone within a week or it could be best case and be an attempt to stabalise the company for the long term. The current board are saying that it's to attract new investment, though that should be taken with a pinch of salt as it's all they ever would say at this stage.

We should wait and see if they actually die before creating threads to say goodbye to them!!

In addition to this i read that it's only the car division (and one other smallish area) of Lola being affected at this point.
