Arrived safely in Arlington; about 5 1/2 hours on the road, I let my wife do the DFW driving, I don't have the patience to sit in rush hour traffic!

Here's a stickman We made 25 today!

What's the background of this, for some reason I can't get out of my head some strange sort of nottingham voodoo thing going on.

Im not averse to a little magic,I've got a real magic wand;

Ever put on any magic shows?

but this was just making stickmen. There's a children's book called stickman, its really good. We read it, then the children made their own stickmen to take home. They had to find sticks the right shape and size and in proportion, so a bit of maths going on there.

I dunno, still think there's some sort of spooky film to be made of a load of children carrying stickmen around.

Not magic shows, we do real magic. But the wand only works if you make a wish to help someone. It won't work if you wish bad things and it wont work if you wish for yourself.

I wanted to post pics of the kids with their stickmen...but I guess posting kids on the internet isnt a good idea these days And I dont know how to fuzzy out their faces. One little boy made a stickman as big as himself!!

I had to take a nap this afternoon for three hours. My schedule over the past day or so has been simply exhausting! I'm still knackered now, but will persist in keeping my eyes open, so I can fall asleep at the proper time tonight!

I've driven around 600miles the past week, visiting my folks down south to spend some 'quality time'...and back home to my own little pigeon hole in the sky just 2 hours ago.

BTW, anyone seen Avengers? Saw it 2 nights ago, and it was so good I'm really thinking of giving it a second go this weekend.

Im going down to Padstow (Cornwall) later....well early hours of next day. Meal tomorrow night at Rick Stein's fish restaurant

Cool, can't remember last time I ate out. Was planning a camping weekend but mates are fair weather campers so that's not looking likely and could be a meal and a night out instead.

Campings fun in the rain!! As anyone who's camped at Siverstone will testify Lots of wine is required!!

My camera is old and not good and I can't work all the bits on it. Im very bad at technology.
