Assuming he remains domicile in the UK as he currently does, it wouldn't matter because a prenuptial agreement isn't strictly legally enforceable in the UK (although the courts will often follow them IF they are fair as they tend to show the intentions of both parties). A spouse on divorce, if they can show that a prenuptial agreement was unfair or that it woul deny them a legal right they have the right to request the court to set it aside.
