I'm considering a move of transport from an '02 Toyota 4Runner to an early Acura NSX. I spoke with my dealer and all I need to do is find an owner/dealership that has a car in my price range and it's a done deal. I wont feel so "out of touch' while following my mate's in their Ferrari's, Lambo's and Porsche's .

Aluminium bodies are anightmare to repair. I would consider the V8 Esprit.

I would love to have an Esprit but it being a TT V8 the insurance would kill me not to mention the maintenance.

I had a dream I went to Italy and they gave me an old Ferrari to drive to take to the junk yard but it was mint condition and I didn't understand why they would toss it. But then it turned into a Ferrari motorcycle and I got it stuck in a elevator inside a mall.

oh man, you mean that the engined is mid-positioned, i thought you were talking about the engine size! so yeah, i knew it was a mid-engined

This shouldn't even be a question for you Tex. You want a mid engined car that will smoke all your Ferrari friends away? For the price of a used NSX order a Ultima GTR. As you have stated before your mechanically inclined right?
