The only positive with Schumacher down in 17th is we should get to see that Double-DRS used for overtaking tomorrow. Expecting a classic Schumacher fightback. Plus, he will have a lot of fresh tyres

I do think Vettel is a decent bloke 90% of the time, but he is a boring driver, that's what I dislike about him, all the other champs have great wheel-to-wheel battles, Vettel doesn't.

Star of today is Ricciardo doing a stunning job, only 5 tenths of pole?!?! Seriously impressive

This may mean squat tomorrow given that those softs with the fully laden car will last about 6 laps before they have to come in to pit.

The one constant this year has been a surprise every race, I'm loving 2012.

That sucks, so much potential for a good result in each race, surely a podiums just around the corner for him!

well, one thing is for sure. When his fantasy value falls even further after the race tomorrow, I will definitely be dropping Hulk and picking him up. What a steal he's gonna be!

He's had a gearbox issue as well? I can see the need for some sort of gearbox rule but I think as they have it now its stupid and spoils things.
I thought Mercedes had miscalculated on that Q1 and thought Schumi was safe. But they were working on a DRS problem on his car, thats why he didnt go out. Next up was Lewis and Button I was looking forward to seeing what he could do but now he's even further back. Still I suppose its better than having it happen if he'd done a really good quali, maybe they can play around with his strategy a bit more now.

If I was brawn I would chose a 2 pit stop strategy, but it may be too difficult to make the tyres last and be competitive at the same time
