I sure do! 2 weeks at the begining of the season seems like forever. And one thing a lot of people don't realize is that if the Bahrian GP is canceled (which honestly I hope it is) there will be a 4 week gap between China and Spain. Whoever came up with this schedule has got to be a complete idiot.

Here's a good story about it on Planet F1

It'd be worse if it'd been just the first race then a massive gap, i'm sure that's happened in the past. It all usually balances out over the season... i'm sure there'll be one point where we get 3 races in 4 weeks. I dunno, it doesn't bother me so much cause i watch BTCC, MotoGP etc too so get my motorsport fix most weekends anyway :D

That article is incredibly amatuerish!

I wish I could watch BTCC. I guess my one saving grace is that the first few Indycar races are on road courses which makes them bearable to watch. Also Grand Am can be fun to watch sometimes. But none do I enjoy as much as F1 so it really sucks for me.

I have a feeling it's much more complicated to work out an F1 calendar than any of us could imagine.

V8 Supercars fills the void nicely!

Beat me to it, but go ahead if you think you can do better(!) The gap doesn't bother me. There is more to life than watching F1.

You guys don't have to agree with me. But why does everyone on this site have to be so condescending? Now I remember why I stopped posting for a while.

No condescension intended on my part. Apologies if it was taken as such.

I sure do,mostly the coincidence that when I have exams there are races, when I don't there are not. Also,I hate the 4 weeks long summer gap.It would be better if it was in July when I am on road and holiday. Not in August when there's not much to do.

Yeah cause I'm sure the people who make the schedule post on this site I think there's a big difference there. I was just trying to be a little facetious anyways.

'Course you were.

If we think this one is long, then just wait until summer time! :yikes::wink:

It's not as long as the gap between 27th November and 18th March.

Ah, stop whining! It could be much worse: Iran could be on the move and block the straight of Hormuz and gas prices could skyrocket - most countries could outlaw any 'frivolous' use of gas such as any motorsports activities. :yikes::yikes::yikes::wink:
