I can't say that I blame him; sounds like he has resigned because he wants to spend more time with his family, F1 these days is very tough with 20 races spanning 8 months of the year, plus testing and other duties for sponsors and whatnot... he has seen Williams through their worse year in their history, Parr leaves with the team in good shape!
