Everybody Loves Raymond is in a class of its own. Funniest sh*t ever. I have seen a couple of british comedies in my day and was not thoroughly impressed, so from that and from the things said on this thread I notice there is a distinct difference in comical tastes between europe and the u.s., but I haven't analyzed the british comedies enough to be able to point out what those differences are exactly.
Is anybody able to explain what the differences are? Like different styles, things that UK folk find funny that americans don't, and vice versa?
Everybody Loves Raymond as well! How they ever became popular I'll never know.
