I dont give a rat's arse about the static's, in this context, tifosi or not go back and think about what you said and the disrespect it showed to one of the great pioneer's of F1. Really bro, come on?

It's got nothing to do with being a tifosi or not. This sounds a pretty decent panegyric to me:
I was a big admirer of Enzo Ferrari and did a lot for Formula One. He was Ferrari and what people imagine Ferrari to be about, not the way things have turned at Maranello since he wound down his responsibilities in running the company and his death...The highest compliment you can give to any team boss is to compare him to Enzo Ferrari.

Ron Dennis has seen McLaren win more races than Enzo did at Ferrari. Just because Enzo Ferrari is dead, doesn't mean his achievements cannot be surpassed by others. The highest compliment you can give to any team boss is to compare him to Enzo Ferrari. In my view, Ron Dennis, Colin Chapman and Sir Frank Williams' names are not unfair comparisons to Enzo Ferrari.

Back in the early days, there were far fewer races in a season. So, you're comparing apples with oranges. You'd have to determine the total number of races under Enzo's and RD's leadership, how many they won and then calculate a percentage to compare success.

And no, those three don't compare to Enzo Ferrari - the same as MS has no comparison.

Ferrari, one title more under dubious circumstances on one, if not two occasions.

Whether Dennis, Chapman and, to a lesser degree, Williams do or don't compare to Ferrari is a matter of opinion. Don't portray it as a fact.

You also have to factor in how comparitvely easy it was in the 40s, 50s and 60s compared to certainly the late 70s when the big money starting coming in.

There have been a few dubious titles over the years, 1994 for instance. If Williams had decided to appeal after Schumacher drove into Hill at Adelaide, they could easily have had Schumacher disqualified and Hill being made Champion. But they decided against it in light of the team still struggling to come to terms with Senna's death and having the title decided off the racetrack in Hill's favour - in a car that claimed Senna's life - would have been wrong.

Give me the numbers! How many races participated and how many won?

Yes, it's my opinion and I presented it that way - nowhere did I say it is a fact, though I admit I also didn't preface it with 'it is my opinion' - I think it is clear from the context that we've entered the realm of opinion when you started to compare people as a compliment...

Saying that RD has even come close to the overall contribution that Enzo has made to F1, then and now, is blasphamy! You should not have said what you did, that poo really piss's me off ! I respect RD a GREAT deal but he is not and NEVER will be in the same league as Enzo.

I'm now thoroughly disgusted so I must DRINK !

Perhaps you didn't mean it to sound like that, but I, and I'm sure others would have too, thought it sounded more like a statement of fact rather than your individual view.

Who's the one being offensive now? As great as Enzo Ferrari was, he was not a god and his achievements could be beaten by another human.

Ron Dennis may not have the same charisma as Enzo Ferrari, but there's a lot in it in terms of his CV.

Simple: He wasn't a Ferrari man and worked without passion.

Would you ask the same question about AS and NM? Nigel was a superb racer, but there's more to being great and all...

That would be me  ! Remember I'm not the one who spit on Ferrari and all that it mean's to us, the tifosi' by saying "Even AKR appreciates that Ron Dennis, still going strong, has achieved more than Enzo Ferrari, sadly dead.
You and I have come to a difference of opinion here and before I continue my rant over my belief's and you your's for the good of the thread I wont continue with this this. We are just going around in circle's anyway right?

Luv ya mang,
