Jean Todt hands down. No question about it at all.

Max Mosely was too obsessed with pissing of McLaren and more latterly Ferrari that his position was pretty much untenable. Whilst Mosley oversaw some a lot of safety initiatives which have undoubtedly saved lives, I don't think he has done anything that Jean Todt would not have done.

Ultimately Jean Todt is an excellent ambassador for F1 and motorsport in general, Max Mosley was just an embarrassment towards then end of his presidency.

Started the WEC for one. And the WTCC goes from strength to strength. Two FIA championships that are looking very strong.

In F1 terms, imo he's done exactly what he's needed to do - not a lot, and let people get on with things rather than meddling. I think the fact that he isn't in the news a lot probably speaks volumes about how solid a job he is doing, cause major duckups are always going to be highly publicised when it comes to F1, as we saw with Mosley on several occasions..

I will hold my hands up and admit I was one of these people. And I'm pleased to say I was quite wrong.

This comment plus others suggests you think he's not done too good a job. Why exactly?

The comment meant he would have to be pretty dire to be worse than Mosely or Balestre......particularly on the arrogant and corrupt front. He seems to have kept a low profile since taking office and not done the bad things his prdecessors did. I didnt want him to win(the election to office) because of his close affiliation with Ferrari and the 'special' arrangement they had with the FIA. But to be fair to him he apperas to have been impartial....as far as we get to see. So he's not done bad, but doesnt seem to have actually done much.Bit mamby pamby about Diffusers last year but best of the bunch.
