I believe I read penalties are disregarded, but I could be wrong.

Jenson - awesome Q and race, glad I picked him.
Kimi - poor Q, OK race. I think he'll only get better as the season goes on. The car looks strong, especially with what Grosjean did in Q.
Nico R - disappointed. Thinking about dumping him.
Nico H - Good Q, bad luck in race. Expect him to do well.
Lotus - not great results this week, but I think they'll do better. I may try to sacrifice driver $ (Nico R) to upgrade my team to McLaren.
F.I. Merc - meh.

It would be pretty cool if they took the top 10 from this race and give them points like in real life. Then did that for all races. But hey, that's just my own musing.

12th ain't so bad. My aim is top 5.
