Hair raising, place swapping , car sliding excitment all through the race as Hamilton dices with Vettel for first place. Hamilton takes it. Rosberg comes in third. While Webber, Alonso, Button and Schumacher battle it out for 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th.

Can't wait for it to start after that but how about giving us the whole race RC, not just the BBC highlights.

So, are people completely dismissing Massa as a contender for podium?

Not completely, he could get his car wedged into Hamiltons front wing or something.

Unfortunately this could be the last Australian GP. Hopefully not, but going on the recent news developments... :(

All good things come to an end. As long as it is replaced with somewhere of equal or better quality then it is no real loss.

Anyway, with the first race looming, here's to another Vettel and Red Bull championship (it won't happen but here's hoping). :drink:

easy for an armchair fan living in Europe to say with short drives away to multiple races! Try saying that to any Aussie fan who's next closest race is in Asia...

And Assa it won't be the last the current contract with Melbourne lasts until 2015.

Short drives away to another race?! Are you high?!

If England lost it's GP I would say exactly the same thing. Doesn't bother me where the races are held (with the exception of Spa, Monza and Intelagos - they are untouchable), as long as it is still a good race, I'm happy.

Um Yeah If you've lived in Australia you'd know what a long drive is, next closest city for me is 8 hours drive away...You Euros don't know how easy you have it with so many countries within a few hours drive away. I drove from London to Spa to see the GP in Belgium. That Drive is nothing! :P

And i guess seeing as you're not a race attendee it wouldn't, maybe if someone stole your TV now thats a problem. :hehe:

Well you should have built you cities closer together. you Aussie's have no one to blame but yourselves. Just bad planning that is! :hehe:

The only GP that is reasonably close to me that I'd want to go to is Belgium which I hopefully will do once I can afford a holiday so I will be a race attendee one day. Between them, the BBC and my :censored: employers have nicked my TV seeing as I have to work Sundays and half the races are going to be condensed down to what will invariably be very poor quality highlights.

Well, he couldn't hit the side mirrors, they're too small and ineffective, and if they do come together again, for sure sure Lewis would "forget" what happened between the race and getting to an interview, although he might have an interesting Ali G quote ready for us :hehe:

As far as predictions, no-one can really know until Saturday practice IMO, and even thought almost all the press has written SF off, I'm thinking we'll do a lot better than most people are saying.

The team's "troubles" have certainly been hyped up more than needs be at this stage of the game. There are a small number of teams which writing off is very foolish indeed. Ferrari is one of them.
