I can't recognize any winner there except for Meryl Streep. Either I'm watching a load of crap movies, or the Oscars are just crap anyway.

I'm off to bed, before you all keep me up way past my bedtime. Don't worry though, I'll be able to play out late again some other time! :wavey:

My first ever thread revival...

Right now I am not sleeping like I should be, damn insomnia, it's currently 1:43am and I need to be up again at 6:45am to prepare for the Monaco GP, at what point do I just stay up instead of sleeping for a few hours. I also have a full days of activity including laundry and a barbecue so can't get any sleep after the race... I hate being an insomniac!

I'm currently sat down messing around on this forum. Then I have to ring up a theatre and announce my impending arrival before watching a couple of good friends tread the boards. I'll then have to come straight back and watch the recorded version of the race.

Th chatroom will be all the poorer without me.

It truly will be!

Turns out I'm not having to work overtime, so I'm gonna go home, bust out a couple push ups, then go watch the replay at 9am at a friend's house while having some beer. His neighbors don't know what's coming, especially with webber on pole :twisted::twisted: I'm going to be loud as :censored: when the drivers come out of turn 1

:censored: it, try and sneak in 2-3 hours otherwise you might fall asleep during the gp :eek::eek:

I did grab about 3 1/2 hours sleep, but I'm feeling like death warmed up; and I am out of coffee!

I was told you should sleep in lumps of 2 hours because of sleep pattern

I agree with the idea, but to think everyone's sleep pattern is the same seems a bit fat fetched to me.

I probably average about 5 - 7 hours sleep, my wife needs at least 8 hours or she'll be zombified all days long, I'm fine once I get over the initial hurdle of getting out of bed! :hehe:

that is what I mean so 8 hours is good because it works with the 2 hours cycle. 6 hours would work for you.

TBH because of the little one I have settled into a routine of 6 hours.
