There's no denying that Nico Rosberg is the stronger driver in that team these days. Two years he's beaten the former champ, and he still has to wear the higher number on his car. Superstition, my arse.

I personally was jumping out of my chair at the canada gp, when it looked like schumi might have taken a podium at the end there.

I don't hate the guy, sure he's got history but I'd rather see him fight for the win even if he has no real chance of winning.

Same here....reason for me is he still represents the old F1 which I treasure, those old memories of MS VS Mika, MS VS DC, MS VS JPM, etc so it'll be like seeing a 'friendly' old face again in the midst of all the young punks driving around nowadays.

Agree totally. If Michael Schumacher were to win a Grand Prix before he retires for good, I would be very happy indeed.

I wouldn't bet on Schumi winning the title, no way i don't think they can catch the front 3 teams yet. But if you gave me 3/1 on him beating Rosberg i'd go for that. My point is, he could do that and there's no reason to dismiss that possibility, especially given his race pace compared to Rosberg last season. It was pretty comparable and he was actually faster in a hell of a lot of races. That one lap pace though, Rosberg definitely has that covered in my view.

Beaten in a car that has been openly acknowledged as not suiting his driving style...... You wait, I think this years car will be something special, AND will suit his driving style. I think anyone is careless to write ANYONE off at this points.

What odds would you have given me for button in the February of his WDC year? Probably nothing better than 100/1.......

I've watched this sport too long to know that nothing is guaranteed.
