Well if it does then how come the FIA kept on changing the rules when Ferrari were untouchable?
Surely if they and Ferrari are lovers, they wouldnt have done a thing.

My concerns aren't as parochial as just dealing with McLaren. That fact is other teams have been shafted by the FIA for years.

Even if you take that out of the equation, you are still with a governing body which can do what it wants, when it wants, with no accountability. That is simply not acceptable.
