Sutils defence was that he was trying to throw a drink over lux. Prosecution said 'pushing' lux away with glass is wrong.

Reading between lines sounds like Sutil had hissy fit and stuck a glass in his neck, perhaps not expecting it to break.....

Court obviously agreed with Lux, though interestingly did not award the full amount of compensation that Lux was asking for, which is even more peculiar when you consider that it was all to be given to charity anyway....

Lewis was becoming nervous because of the amount of fans that were in the club, Lux got involved in the ushering and Sutil got involved in the adhoc have a drink of champagne and glass routine. There is an article up on reuters that you can search for that explains it all.

Im not sure you can be found guilty of accidedently causing grevious bodily harm? Im no lawyer though....

I had a look for the article for you, was origianlly linked from the bbc1 f1 sport site by andrew benson, and still is, but content of the report has changed with no mention of lewis or the fans anymore....weird! Maybe the Mclaren PR/Legal machine cleaning up a mess......
