I do read articles from different scientific bodies. And watch TV documentaries about global warming; and the evidence is inconclusive.

I you genuinely want to inform yourself with science, what you should be reading is articles in the CATO Institute and the NASA Goddard Institute instead. :yes:

I've read and watched plenty on global warming. The only sensible thing I've read was in New Scientist which said that that the earth is warming up naturally. Ecomentalists get excited by cars and wotnot but the truth is they add very little to the total amount of natuarally produced CO2.

:yikes: 23degrees is unnecessarily chilly!! 35 plus-divine :cloud9:

You should live in Msia. All year round, 35 - 38 degrees. Sunlight every day. With heavy rains. We experience sun rain too. (Bright sunshine, but raining hard at the same time). Truly the land of paradise. :rofl:

What do you do about the smell or the humidity? :wink: tropics is ok for a holiday but I couldn't live there.

Smell? What smell. :confused:

Humidity, after a while you get used to it.

You're kidding aren't you? You honestly think the amount of Co2 mankind produces has no affect what so ever? I assume you think the deforestation and habitat loss is natural. The fact so many animals face extinction at a rate not seen since the end of the Cretaceous is also natural?
It's all connected that's why it's called an ecosystem and mankind is f***ing it up on all fronts whether you believe it or not!

Carbon neutral... including all the flights all over the world? Highly dubious about that. And the purchasing of carbon credits paints a very false picture!

Maybe, but the greenhouse gas effects of human activities are less than 10% of the natural contribution and if you factor in water vapour (which is conveniently omitted by the Global Warming lobbyists) the effects are less than 1%.

Here's a proposal simply to keep things factual. If you're going to post what you believe is a fact here, I'd like to see a link pointing to that scientific study.

Shall we play? Like this;
Ice and ocean sediment cores from the polar regions indicate that temperatures at the poles during previous epochs — when sea level was tens of meters higher — is not too far removed from the temperatures Earth could reach this century on a "business as usual" trajectory.

Remember, an article in your local Murdoch owned newspaper is not a scientific study. Also a study done by BP or Exxon Mobile or the coal mining industry is likely to be skewed, wouldn't you agree?

And the deforestation of key Co2 absorbing forest areas such as the Amazon take away even more of the natural balance. So even if your 10% claim is factual that's still out weighed by other environmental catastrophes man is causing its all connected.
Look at it this way, before mankind existed of you added 10% extra Co2 that is enough to cause a climate change. Throw in mankind deforestation taking away natural absorbtion well that just multiplies that 10%.
