Worked my last shift of the year today - unfortunately the next one is on Sunday, starting at 8am!

On the bright side, getting the forklift on 2 wheels, reverse slides and donuts added something to a quiet shift.

Enjoyed watching the New Year's celebrations in London... the coverage was presented by andrew's favourite host...Jake Humphrey!

And we even had a passionate Vettel fan demonstrating to us all that he could do the same finger-celebration thing.....hmph...grumble...humbug...

Up at 6am for a 9 hour shift after about 2 hours sleep (if that) thanks to all this New Year's nonsense and too many people getting excited about nothing and deciding to keep anyone who doesn't give a damn about New Year awake! shattered!

But Happy New Year and all that jazz everyone.

That's intense! I'm a person who REALLY needs a good 8-hours otherwise I'm buggered. Less than 2 hours, and I may as well be dead.

I'm feeling pretty dead right now! At least I get a lie-in tomorrow as Monday is a back shift for me.
