Yeah, try quoting my whole comment with my reasoning next time rather than editing it to look like I'm just being and argumentative arse. :nono:

2010 42 points and 2011 47 points. No real progress there after a pretty good start to his F1 career.

I'd say that reflects Force India wouldn't you? It's not like they have moved up the field so how can you expect one of their drivers to?

Yes and no. I think that Sutil has reached a certain level and has stayed at that level for a couple of seasons. Not to take anything away from him, he's a damn good driver and I get the feeling he's capable of more. Force India have year on year moved forward in terms of championship positions though did only score 1 more point this year than in 2010. Maybe both are stagnating a bit.

Stagnating is defintely an appropriate word here. I personally feel Hulkenburg has far, far more potential than Sutil and therefore why not give him a chance to fulfil that? The guy already made far more impact on the sport than Sutil ever did with that monumental pole.

Although it might have been slightly more even between them (impact-wise) if Kimi Raikkonen hadn't lost it at Monaco back in '08......

The latest rumour is that Sutil could go to Ferrari and partner Alonso (poor guy) in 2013: Ferrari interested in Sutil as replacement for Massa. He is supposedly wanting a 1 year contract with Willaims, whereas they want 2 years out of him which is the sticking point.

I take it you meant Sutil was the poor guy? Even so, better to have a number 2 Ferrari than a car near the back of the field, despite what Rubens might say!

Yes, Sutil is the poor guy if he's partnering Alonso.

Are there any news on that second seat at Williams? I'd expect them to have decided on a driver already, especially when said driver is supposedly going to lead the team, they should have a say before the car is fully developed...

From Force india... to No team... to Ferrari.
All in a couple of months... if that's poor him, then i'll take it anyday!!

Sutil would be lucky if he gets a Ferrari drive. Or a Red bull drive, or a Mclaren drive. Not that it would be undeserved, but fortunate indeed from the position he's in "today".

Toro Rosso on the other hand....... should get taken off the circuit. Not because they chose the drivers they did..... but because what they represent. They're a B team with no ambitions other than to train drivers and possibly test components and whatnot for the real team. GTFO!!

The 2nd seat at Ferrari is a poisoned chalice these days. They only have eyes for Alonso and the other driver is just some guy whose name they struggle to remember.

Ok... so if you were his manager and had both offers, you would choose HRT based on a poisoned chalice. Interesting...
In the words of D. Trump: You're fired! :hehe:

True that ^^

Sure... Force India made a "difficult" decision, but they've made it, and it doesnt seem like a dumb one; even if it fails, its a gamble they felt they had to take. Unlike that B team.

One will keep your career going, albiet in a slow car, but the other will mean you are the new bitch and you'll never get a chance to shine and beat your team mate and what could be the halcyon days of a drivers career go to waste.

Trump?! An arrogant bullying skidmark with an obsession for building a golfcourse and a heap of supposedly "luxury" homes on a SSSI is all that bloke is!
