I think the cars and drivers are right but the track isn't.
I'll give you a clue. This track used to comprise of public roads but it is now a permanent racing facility (as far as I know) and is still on the calander.
Spa then. That was the only other one i could think it could have been.

It seems to me as if they're on the start-finish, so I'm trying to think of circuits where there's an expansive grandstand area around the final corner....

Nope. There's one pretty huge giveaway in the photo that really narrows it down, and that's the only clue you get.
