Well it wasn't a classic, but it's fantastic to see Mark Webber get the win. At least he ended the season on a high. Big congrats to Jenson too... once again, another great performance.

It was a bit dull wasn't it? Even on track the action seemed pretty subdued. Almost like none of them could really be bothered and they all looked pretty down on the podium.

i see what you're getting at but the closest Hamilton has come to calling himself Senna is when he compared his rivalry with Alonso to the rivalry between Senna and Prost

But the thing is he wasn't in anything like a similar situation to Senna... he had a slight gearbox problem, which questionably didn't even exist, he must have known it was stupid since he had the time to think up such a comparison

Well done to Lotus for finishing top of the 3 new teams and 10th overall for 2 years running. That's them getting an extra $30 million next year.

The signs are good - they had a new rear wing here which gained them basically half a second a lap in one fell swoop. They were less than half a second off the main pack in qualifying. You can also reasonably expect them to gain more in the off season with the blown diffuser banning...

MrF was just interviewed and mentioned that finishing 10th 2 years running is worth circa $30 mill (I assume it was dollars as he never mentioned the currency).

DRS bashers, I understand your issues. But look what we had in seasons prior... would you rather have a DRS pass, or no pass at all?
