Best season for a long time? Yes, in terms of quality of racing, which has been enhanced by the new regs.

In terms of championship? No. Last year's battle right down to the wire was better.

The races are definitely more exciting but the overall season has been crap because of the dominance of red bull...Most of us knew that vettel will win the driver's championship at the halfway point of the season...

Formula One Racing is 61 years old now. If you're 61 and you need 'gimmicks' to have umpalumpa, would you appreciate the 'quality umpalumpa with gimmicks' or just moan it isn't like the old days anymore? :thumbup:

The races are definitely more exciting but the overall season has been crap because of the dominance of red bull...

Whose dominance? I've only seen one dominant Red Bull-driver. Having an exciting championship is nice, but I rather have great races (even if just for place 2 to 5), than only watching F1 for the championship with boring races. Than you might as well not watch and check the results at the evening news.

I hate to say it but the gimmicks have spiced things up but they do just paper over the problems in F1 and look like a quick fix until the next gimmick.
