I think we should just keep quiet...with this sort of temperature, maybe, just MAYBE the Bahrain GP won't be boring. August would be the best time to have it in fact.

With the season very nearly over, I thought this was an appropriate thread to revive.

Think I'm safe to say that the fears of the OP have not happened and despite joke tyre usage rules, fragile tyres, DRS, KERS and the unenforcable RRA, this has been one of the best seasons for a long time where we have seen a young driver and their team raise the bar for everyone else, rarely putting a foot wrong.
