If Kimi is there, someone like Renault is paying for it and I would think Williams won't need a paying driver. If they get to the front row Vettel will want to drive one.

Maldonado is staying, i think. Raikkonen is bringing additional funding from Qatar... so if all this works out hopefully, combined with the Renault engines (which i think will make a big difference, mark my words), Williams can get back to being Q3 regulars and very consistent points finishers, maybe more if Raikkonen can work some magic.
