Ive realised this is a clever ploy to derail the hamilton support thread.Any more talk of pain thresholds, childbirth and man flu should continue in 'Anything else'. Meanwhile...back to Lewis :)

Once the schmoozycat got involved, or should I say 'exvolved' this thread was doomed anyway :hehe:

Back to the topic:

I have been of the opinion that not having to spend time in a back marker team has meant that Hamilton did not learn some of the lessons that so many of the other drivers had to learn. This has come back to haunt him now.

Jenson knows how to hunker down with the team, to get them to listen to him, to get them on his side, to know that if you cannot win, be patient and get as many points as you can and this is simply part of being a complete formula 1 racing driver. Hamilton has the misfortune that he now has to learn all these things while being in a top team, after having won a world championship and being in the glare of the media spotlight. Most others get these lessons taught to them in a team so far down the grid that nobody really notices them during this time. How he deals with them will show if he can make his mark as an all time great or if he will just be one more in the group of WDC winners we currently have.

You wouldnt be jesting if men had the babies. In fact that would probably be the end of civilisation as we know it. Or every family would be one child only families.

Nothing wrong with one child families. Some of the nicest well adjusted people I know come from one child families. It would certainly sort the overcrowding of the country if the UK would finally restrict the breeders from breeding so much. Your sounding like a man hating dry stone wall.

Pppfftt if it was up to men we would have a couple of pain killers and be backto work within the hour, lot of fuss about nothing :hehe:

Exactly! I've been working since I was 17 and I've only ever been off ill twice (been ill on other occasions but I soldier through) - both times with proper flu (not man flu, but real fire and brimstone flu) and on both occasions I had to be forced to stay in my bed.

What? They tied you to your bed? Or did you ask them to do so and you got a kick out of it, eh?
Naughty... :whip::twisted:

Nothing quite as interesting/scary/dodgy (delete as applicable). The first bout I did as my Mum told me seeing as I was still living at home at the time and the 2nd bout my boss told me to stay at home.

Just seen in the news today that Lewis and Nicole have split up. So that may explain his mood over the last race weekend.

Yep. thats what we've been talking about...but nope, dont think thats the reason.
#280821
I think the split up may be good. Now he can get his head back in the game and get back to the top step of the podium.

 Throws himself back into F1 for 2012 and becomes double world champion :D

Keep dreaming but at least that would destroy the conspiracy theory that Whitmarsh is screwing him over or not hugging him enough or not holding his hand or whatever nonsence it is.

Are you a troll or something, your posts ive noted are frequently anti-hamilton or anti-mclaren, youd think being a fan of vettel youd have other things to do, but if your like this when your boy walks championships, i dont want to be here when Hamilton wins his next.

Why keep dreaming anyway, forgive me but it doesnt seem that far fetched that Hamilton may win a title in 2012? Does it? Or are you desperately like selling your soul to Satan and playing with cult magic in order to prevent it? Youd seem the sort to...... Anyway perhaps keep your incessantly anti-someone or over posts away from their support threads, just an idea?

Was it Freud that said behind every joke is a subliminal truth, i trust Freuds word.

Either way, the banter is wearing a bit thin isnt it, i didnt get the slightest smirk whilst reading your post(s), perhaps your brand of humour isnt for me, or anyone else i should add from what ive seen.

If your post was banter then Karl Marx lives two doors down from me.

Andrew hates lewis bigtime. But spends lots of time on the Hamilton support thread :hehe: I leave you to figure that one out

<snip>.....i trust Freuds word.

Why?

Well in the same way you might trust the health warnings on a cigarette packet, theyve been verified and or supported by a majority of specialised, educated, highly intelligent people in that area of expertise ie. the health risks of smoking by scientists.

Most psychologists who are much further studied then i am hold Freud in high regard. So do i.
