Can this man possibly come out with any more rubbish? He is quick to boast his credentials as a lawyer but, given that, he should know it's illegal to presume teams guilty before investigations are carried out properly, favour one party over another, hazard biased guesses as to where Ron Dennis' passion lies, and simply invent rules which apply to one team but no other. If I were the journalist, I would pull him up on these examples his hypocrisy.

The only comment that comes out of Moseley's mouth in that article I would agree with is in the final paragraph, the rest is more than enough to fill a septic tank.

i agree with every max said except for the jackie stewart comment. everyone has to admit that if a Mclaren won the title there would have been an asterisk next to lewis hamilton's name in the record books

The entire FIA process has been justified since the McLaren apology...

Wasting my breath of course, but the 'apology' that deMuRe refers to has clearly been orchestrated between the FIA and McLaren to draw a line under the affair. The fact the FIA has now stopped investigating the McLaren 08 car further re-enforces my point of view.

For the record too, It has been stated by some 'Tifosi' that Ferrari are by far the most supported team in F1 and without them the sport would collapse. The survey by the ITV F1 website casts some doubt on those claims. As this is written, Ferrari lag behind McLaren in the team of the season stakes by only a small amount, but enough to completely rubbish the claims that they are the only team in F1 with major support.

Since deMuRe and some others suffer from red-mist-itis, I fully expect to them to get personal with the insults against McLaren and anyone not subscribing to their point of view, but what the hell - I dont care.

Fair enough - That I can agree with. Even though that doesn't put me on the winning side (this time!)

McLaren and Ferrari have alway's been team's I have supported, along with a few other team's that no longer exist, and I personaly wish that Ferrari would just let this 'spygate' issue die so we can get back to just racing and not politic's.

If Lewis and McLaren win the WDC, which mean's more to me personaly than the WCC, I will be very happy for them. I would like to see the battle go all the way to the last race once again as that was the best part of the whole '07 season imo.

No the Ferrari fans don't get personal, it's usually the McLaren fans spewing vile from their mouths, but we understand they are just frustrated by their own team. Nobody likes to hear the team boss forced 200 employees to lie to the FIA with the signature fiasco.

The Apology was Ron Dennis coming clean and admitting he lied through his teeth. The FIA have been completely vindicated and it brings a big smile to a lot of people's faces, I fully understand all the McLaren fans of this world calling for Max's head, just look at how Ron Dennis acts, when caught, first lie, then blame the establishment and only when you are finally cornered and your team reputation couldn't get any lower do you come out and tell the truth, I wouldn't expect anything less from Mclaren's fans either.

ITV-F1??? They are a british publication, oh but hold on, Britain rules the world... No wait, that's not true anymore

haha demure there are other ways to insult people than just name calling..

demure 200 emmployees forced to lie thats Todts dirty statment... but youre using it as fact!

hey you seem to accept the "establishment" for all its worth.. kudos to you.
and your understanding of the apology is humorous at best take off your red glasses and you might be able to read between the lines and understand the world of F1 much much better.

but then that side of things is just the biased British view huh, so maybe you keep those red glasses on and stick with the bias Italian view you seem to love so much

It's natural for you to be philosophical in times of crisis. I would be.

Heh, go through our arguments over the last 6 weeks and see how much I've been insulted for supporting Ferrari and the FIA.

I bit back once or twice, nothing more...

Whatever you're trying to achieve it's not working, the only person on this forum that's stood his ground and had intelligent discussion with me at all times is McLaren Fan, my hat goes off to him for his intelligent and well thought out answers without getting too personal. The rest of you I've endured all sorts of crap from.

It doesn't matter now, the FIA are completely vindicated and their process stood firm.
