Well if stewards behave like that its corrupt! They shouldnt be giving or not giving penalties on past behaviour. Jesus! Its like the kids at school that do a couple of things wrong and get blamed for everything. This destroys some kids. And the perpetrators, poor teachers, just like poor stewards. Lewis would be better of out of it. Its all poo at the moment.

Lewis calling other drivers and stewards stupid huh? Can't say that behavior is new to the sport MOA. Not a good enough rebuttle for fanboys post.

Why not? It's fair comment; if he wants to stay out of the limelight, he should not make such inflammatory comments against fellow drivers and officials, joke or not, claiming it's because he was black is a huge no-no. He's hardly blameless in the collisions he has had this season! That was only part of my point, he has found his driving thrust under the spotlight because of these comments, if he just came out and said, it was a difficult race, I was just trying to make up some ground after qualifying, this more than likely wouldn't have been blown out of all proportion. Back in the day when it was commonplace for drivers to act like this; the sport was nowhere near as popular, and the scum press didn't show any interest, it would have been a small back page article back then, now it's front page news whenever Lewis crashes because he put himself under the spotlight with his comments at Monaco.

What he said at monaco was a joke. Just a joke. If they are so touchy about it maybe its because they are treating him unfairly and know it. Why are they? Well only they know that. These guys are supposed to be policing this sport and they're acting like a bunch of school girls.

in my opinion, regardless of whether it was a joke or not; the race card needs not to be brought into the sport, I would say that's verging on bringing the sport into disrepute!

On the punishments with the exception of Monaco, I believe he has been harshly treated for what many consider racing incidents and after the Nico Rosberg situation where a statement was released saying "in view of his previous good behaviour..." - that pretty much proves that each incident is not assessed on it's own merit, which is complete and utter bullsh*t!!! :irked:

People hate what they fear.

I hate mayonnaise with a vengance but I don't fear it.

Bud wasn't referring to the "hate" you have for a food and its taste, that's very different to the "hate" you have for Ferrari

myownalias your reply to my post seems to me to be irrelevant. The vilification I spoke of was happening midway through Lewis first season. It's the seeming enjoyment of Lewis problems this year by some F1 fans that baffles me most of all. I am not a Ferrari fan but in todays race (Korea) I was urging Alonso onto the back of Button just for the battle. I'm also not sure it's my business to like or dislike drivers according to their personality. I'm a racing fan I don't care if so and so is a bit of a :censored: . I don't know them I just love watching them race hard.

Lewis fans might be thinking of changing their colours to blue in the future. Lewis clearly very cold on the radio, and this whole weekend he seems to be just closing himself off from everything around him (the team).

On top of that, Horner practically shadowing him and giving him a couple of pats on the back until he walked to the podium. Hmm..

I'd stick with McLaren depending on who they'd replace Lewis with. If its just Button left and some other joe, I might turn allegiance to the 'drinks company'. :D

I never said anyone despises Lewis. Rather the other way around. :hehe:
#279952
He's far from happy. He's distanced himself from the team and its obvious why. Nothing to do with Button beating him. He got pole and beat Button today. This is something else. Not too difficult to see what.

Yeah because said people despise Lewis in favour of Jenson right? I mean it's always the way at McLaren, they favoured Lewis for a while there right, but I then must have got bored with him... I mean its not like Lewis hasn been asked to not attack his team mate like Webber at the GBGP, or His team mate get a new developmental wing like Massa misses out on at Ferrari. Why aren't these drivers sulking?

Maybe just maybe you Lewis fans are I just so blinded by your boy you see what you want to see in looking for answers to Lewis' recent form. Putting blame on the team principle...

I love the guy, but him sulking has nothing to do with the team it's reflection Of his place in the F1 media and fans at the moment. I see a man who has had enough, and quite frankly I do nt blame him. MAny many so called F1 fans some post on here who just fly over like vultures waiting for any slight mistake to attack (nice and easy being a Vettel fan at the moment to act all smug I mu st say, I can't wait til your bubble bursts boys) .
Read fanboys post, it only seems to happen to Lewis. Those so called fans need no take a good look at themselves. :irked:

"According to Mclaren Insiders Hamilton quietly fumed after suzuka before exploding, saying words that cannot be undone"

Ouch, might explain the current issues surrounding, however, this could pave the way for Hamilton to get out of there and partner Alonso again, dream pairing that only Ferrari could handle :cloud9:
