Alonso's problem was he isolated himself from the mechanics and team. he never got to know them on a personal level and this played a part in his thinking the team were on Lewis's side. i think Heikki will be more approachable than Alonso was and the team will love him for it.

Correct. There were several reports of him not speaking to anybody in the garage but his father. McLaren did all they could to make him feel at home. Alonso wasn't interested.

Of course he can. kovis a great guy and will be very good for the team. I hope he does well and gets some wins but Lewis is better.
