Everybody seems to get along very well with each other - especially SV & Alonso . they all professionals and good at what they do. pity that other oke with the antisocial-like attitude still needs his nose wiped from time to time. Seb did great this year and walks off with " the youngest double-world champion ever" award. I hope Alonso realizes that he's now due for a third and his first with the pransing horse

i think from recent races its JB and SV who seem to get along in post race interviews at least. As Andy pointed out, JB and SV having a bit of fun with their answers, while FA was all serious like.

I think a burst of laughter would be out of character for a guy like Alonso....

True, unless he were watching Schindlers list or something.

I'm sure he's had a few chuckles this season.

MnMracer

this goes out to you,

IF, I know you like your IF's :hehe: If Jenson managed pole, who was the last guy to be fastest through all 3 P sessions, get Pole Fastest Lap and win the race? Only 68cm in it for Jens, what a shame he didn't do the grand slam.

I always said that Vettel and Button would make a great team pairing... It's because of the double T letters. :hehe:

@bud
I'll look it up for you!

Funny fact (I heard later): in the 2000 Japanese Grand Prix, when Michael Schumacher was about to win his 3rd title and only Mika Hakkinen could stop him from that (although that ends the comparisons), the difference between Schumi and Mika in qualifying was also 0.009s.

Well, what an excellent race, thoroughly enjoyed it :D

First and foremost, Seb has bagged another title, so well done to him. He's been fully deserving of it this season.

Now, what another fantastic drive by Jenson Button! Great stuff once again, and if this form continues, he can acquire a strong 2nd in the drivers' championship. Was getting a little worried by Alonso's speed at the end, but Jenson had it all under control.

Lewis had another race to forget, with yet more contact with Felipe, I bet he's just looking forward to next season now.

Shame Kobayashi didn't land any points, but Perez did the honours for Sauber, with a fine drive. Nico Rosberg, on the other hand, didn't make as much progress as I expected him too.

All in all. Good race. :drink:

Only just saw the race on re-run, bloody good driving by JB, excellent victory. So much for all the haters saying he needs luck and changable conditions! :wavey::hehe::rolleyes:

Congrats to Vettel on the title! Made it look easy!

I know!

Jenson is an amazing talent, and it's being demonstrated to us now more than ever. People who write him off as lucky / preferred are just frigging ridiculous.
