Buttons had a brilliant year. Hamilton has had a nightmare. Yet still he only leads by 17points. he was lucky not to get a penaly in Canada and lewis was unlucky that he was taken out. That aside, its still only 17points.
He's still done a stirling job, no doubt about that.

The gap would be bigger if it were not for the two mechanical problems at Silverstone and Nurburgring, that's over 20 points right there

Despite JB being on top of all three practice sessions, I still think Vettel will pop a lap in at the last moment to snatch pole; JB could start on the front row alongside though. But sadly I fear that if Vettel gets into the first corner first, that'll be race over and Jenson usually takes it easy in the first stint to preserve his tyres with a view to one less stop than everyone else!
