No, they are the correct drivers for my guess of Singapore 2009, which I was pretty sure was incorrect(but thought I should just throw out there as it was the best I could muster), which is why I added the question mark to my answer.
Actually my first impulse was that was a Williams but I couldn't find any jiving stats or pics.
And what is it that makes you worry about Canadians, DD? Fact is we're jerks!
